Individual nutrition consultations, counseling, and packages are custom tailored and is provided through virtual phone/video sessions known as Telenutrition. Telenutrition uses technology to provide nutrition support to save time, money and resources. It also allows clients who are physically unable to attend in-person sessions or have limitations that prevent one from leaving home to get the care they require.
Initial visits consists of obtaining personal information on medical history, food preferences, exercise regimen, food recall, past/present eating behaviors, & attitudes/beliefs about your food choices. Together we will create a plan to help you succeed and meet your nutrition goals.
Follow-up sessions will allow for revisiting your individualized goals to assess and update. During this time, nutrition education will be incorporated to promote movement towards success for overall improvement in your physical and mental health.
Add-ons may include unlimited/limited e-mailing for open Q&A's, custom meal plans, tailored recipe development/menu planning, in-home/office cooking demonstrations, and nutrition representative assistance.

Food tours are a fantastic, exciting way to learn about food trends, nutrition, and health. You will be given a food-related, sensory experience led by Ranelle, a food and nutrition expert, to answer all your questions. She will challenge you to think about the variety of colors you're eating and will experiment with new ones while dispelling the myth that eating healthfully is expensive. In all tours offered, food will be sampled to expand your taste buds and to try something new.
Grocery Store: Walk the store and learn how to read nutrition labels.
Farmers Market: Meet the people who grow your food, ask questions and learn about your community.
Do you have a tour you have in mind you don't see on the list? I am open to suggestions and will organize a personalized tour of your choice.
